The 2001 American Car Show sucked, well, what else? Still it drew unbelievable number of people to wander around Fair Center like previous years. There weren't any special show stoppers except certain Volkswagen, most of the V8s looked like daily drivers and there weren't so many of them like usual.

Ah Street Rods.. Closest thing to Old School California Look in V8 scene.

West Coast Aircoolers had Sebastian Vuorisalo's '54 356 Pre-A and Jaska Säilä's Hot Rod inspired Oval on display.

Yes this still is Old School related website where Super Beetles, Bay Windows etc post '67 crap just does not exist, but as they say a photo can equalize a thousand words so I keep my lid shut for now on..
