Saturday afternoon in the show area
Bob van Heyst drove his Type II limo to the event. This bus was originally built in
california by Bob Koch and his crew, but it has been totally rebuilt in Belgium by
BBT. If I remember correctly bus was lacking
proper body/frame supports etc by the US builders.
I would hope that my Cabrio
would look as good as this someday. Except if someone pops to my property, hands over some dough
and tells me to piss off from his/hers car :-) Yeah, it is for sale at the moment. If interested
in '60 Beetle Cabriolet, contact me.
Hard Cox. This is amusing after hearing the story of the infamous Norwegian cook..
I have also had my share of weird situations when I didn't realize that Cox (or Coxinelle) is Beetle in
French :-)
And there went my idea about the paint for the Split..
Kobus Market
Polished 356A brakes, EMPI and Speedwell gauges, Knecht filters (for your 356 or Okrasa) etc..
Slotted Ansen Sprint 5-lug wheels, cool.
DAS Barbeque
Boss giving the tent chair J-P Pukema's Strength & Endurance Test. So far things looked
very familiar, but not for long..
Party tent shots
There seems to be a slight difference to Nordic events besides the number of
cars based on these shots of DAS Spy Camera.
