Kai Aulankoski's ex-Kastenwagen, it was once owned by David Brown service.
Kai Aulankoski's Barndoor is the mother of them all. This bus has really fascinating history. It belongs
to a batch that was imported to the 1952 Summer Olympics in Helsinki. It was used to transport the athletics
around different spots in Helsinki. After the games the busses were sold to Olympic Travel company which did
road trips with these suckers to places like India and Egypt.
This '60 Ambulance became quite famous when changed hands quite frequently between Jussi and Vesku.
It ended up in UK though.
I was offered this '66 Kombiwagen at the spring of '98. I gave a tip about it to Kai, Kai bought it and sold
it to Vesku, Vesku sold it to current owners Tuomas & Matteus.
Heeba Asikainen felt sorry to seeing this bus in a ditch in front of BUGPAJA, just waiting to be dismantled.
He had to save it.
