Old School California Look cars try to imitate the Look that started it all almost 30 years
ago. Front of the car is usually slammed but rear is kept at stock height, there are no
accessories (roof racks etc), solid paint jobs, hot wheels and a hot engine.
Jani Vuojolahti's Oval was my favourite car in this department.
Kari Alhonen's '61 Beetle is built as a replica of DKP III Dave Mason's world famous car.
And what is the roof-rack doing on the car? Naturally for carrying the slicks to Bug Run where this photo is taken :-)
