Some shots of Kobus Cantraine's '59 356. The '59 is imported from California to Belgium some time ago. Car is being build in currently popular road racer style, I let Kobus himself finish what is going to happen to the car:

The pictures in the garage are from my Porsche.... Porsche factory 1959
primer paint or BARE METAL! Nothing less.... the only welding that was
needed was a new battery tray and to remove the trim on the rockers....

The lid is from Karmann Konnection and it's made out of Aluminium....

Other cool stuff will include a BIG BORE 912 engine (1720cc) a CARERRA GT
ROLLBAR, SPEEDWELL camber compensator, plexi sidewindows (with the 60's
plexiglass logo and correct code as on GT cars) a big Nardi wheel with
a Porsche hornbutton, CSP front discbrakes, B-rear brakes, speedster
seats, leather straps on the front hood and some headlight grilles...

Any suggestions?

Color will be gray metallic and the interior black with tan seat
centers and tan carpets.

Car in the condition it arrived to Belgium.
